Buyer may need to pick up from the his/ her local post office. Sorry but at this price I’d rather be safe than sorry. This package will be insured. AGAIN… SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED UPON RECEIVING THIS PACKAGE. THE LAST THING I WANT IS FOR AN EXPENSIVE ITEM BEING STOLEN. Used of course since everything is loose. The rooftop has been assembled for about 5 years. It’s been just sitting on top of my shelf. It’s gotten pretty dusty. I wiped it down with lysol wipes on plastic area’s and it’s not perfectly clean but I leave any further cleaning up to the buyer. Some areas of the rooftop pieces you can see “dirt spots” but it’s not dirty. Those are just painted on by the manufacturer to be a realistic dirty outside area. This is a big playset. As stated its been assembled for years. No pieces are glued together or broken. There is absolutely zero tabs broken off and there’s nothing wrong with this playset BUT on the top you can see two areas don’t line up correctly but thats because of a piece being screwed slightly tighter than it should be by the manufacturer. No big deal but I just couldn’t fix it because I don’t have a screwdriver to fit in that small of the area. You can see what i mean in one picture of the back side. Look at picture #13 and you’ll see what I’m talking about . It’s Absolutely fixable. Nothing is broken. All four Ghostbusters members are here. All in great shape. Some very small stickers from the proton packs have fallen off. They are in a ziploc bag with the spare hands, etc… There’s 4 tiny clear pieces that go on the proton gun “barrel tip” area and connects the “stream” so it looks as though they are shooting. 3 out of 4 of the pieces have broken off so the “stream” will have to be glued on to the clear piece then placed on the “barrel” to display properly with all 4 Ghostbusters firing. Both of the terror dogs are included. 3 spare tabs that hold the lenticular back drop are included. The back drop does have some minor scuffs, light scratches, light wear. Bonus item: Ghostbusters logo sticker The ghost trap has a slight frayed spot on the wire connecting the floor pedal. Its still connected but still needed to be mentioned so buyer knows. 8 figures in all… 2 figure pamphlets included as shown in pictures. ROOFTOP PLAYSET WILL BE DISSASEMBLED AND WRAPPED PIECE BY PIECE IN BUBBLE WRAP TO BE BOXED UP AND SHIPPED. Packaged and ready to be sent. The box is 13 pounds and 3 ounces when all is said and done. Box will be sent as priority mail weighed exact. As a seller I personally gain nothing from shipping. Shipping price is calculated by your location. It charges the lowest amount possible to get it to you at that weight and size box.
